Radiant Energy Realms – Terms of Purchase (Digital Offerings)

Welcome to Radiant Energy Realms, LLC.    

This Terms of Purchase agreement applies to all digital offerings purchased through radiantenergyrealms.com, including Sacred Quests, Pathways, and Sanctuaries.  These are self-guided, AI-compatible digital experiences designed to support reflection, self-discovery, and personal insight. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Product Acknowledgment

All offerings are digital in nature and are delivered via downloadable materials and/or platform-compatible prompt guides (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude.ai). You are responsible for ensuring you have access to a compatible AI platform to complete the experience. Radiant Energy Realms is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.

2. No Refunds

No refunds or cancellations will be issued except as outlined in Section 8 (Digital Access Issues & Remedies).

3. Scope of Service

 Each digital product includes a structured, self-guided experience, which may include storytelling, symbolic prompts, reflective inquiry, and emotionally supportive language. These experiences are informational and reflective in nature and are not coaching, therapy, medical treatment, or professional advice. 

4.  User Eligibility

All Offerings are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing this Website or purchasing any Offering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Energetic Disclaimer

By participating in a Sacred Journey, you acknowledge that you may engage with metaphysical or intuitive themes.  These offerings may include spiritual, metaphysical, or intuitive themes and are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or professional advice. You are the sovereign authority of your healing, and participation is always voluntary.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including User Guides, prompts, and companion documents, are the sole intellectual property of Radiant Energy Realms, LLC. They may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Confidentiality & Consent

Radiant Energy Realms does not store personally identifiable information directly. Purchase-related information (such as email and payment details) is processed securely by third-party providers. If you opt into updates, your email will be handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Your interaction with AI platforms is subject to their individual privacy policies.

8. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Purchase.

9. Digital Access Issues & Remedies Eligibility

• All digital AI journeys are final sale.
• Returns are not accepted for delivered digital products.
• Misdelivered,  inaccessible, or technically failed digital access is always eligible     for correction or refund.
• Proof of purchase, order number, email used at checkout, and screenshots of the      access issue are required.

Refund Method

• No refunds are issued except in cases of misdelivered or inaccessible digital access.
• Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Timeframes

• Since products are digital and final sale, returns are not accepted (0-day window).
• Refunds for misdelivered or inaccessible digital access are issued within 5 business days of verification.
• If payment processes but access fails to deliver, refunds are issued within 5 business days.
•  Digital access is typically delivered within 1 day of purchase. In the event of technical difficulties, system outages, or third-party service disruptions beyond our control, delivery may be delayed. In such cases, we will work promptly to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy as outlined in this policy. 

Return Fees

• No fees apply for customers.
• No restocking, return shipping, or administrative fees are charged.

Condition Requirements for Reporting Issues

To investigate misdelivered or inaccessible access, customers must provide:

• Email used at checkout
• Order number
