Refund, Cancellation and return Policy

Participant Cancellation

All Sales Final: All sales are final. Offerings are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
Cancellations with Advance Notice: Cancellations made more than three (3) hours before the start of an Offering will receive a credit toward a future Offering. This credit is valid for six (6) months from the date of cancellation.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than three (3) hours before the Offering start time, as well as no-shows, will incur a $15 fee.

Provider Cancellation

Full Credit: If the Provider cancels an Offering due to unforeseen circumstances, the Participant will receive a full credit toward a future Offering. This credit is valid for six (6) months from the cancellation date.
Refunds: Refunds will not be issued unless required by law.

Returns Policy

Scope: Our Returns Policy applies solely to physical products.
No Physical Products Available at This Time: At present, we do not offer physical products for sale. If this changes in the future, this section will be updated to reflect the applicable terms and conditions.
